Early check in. Brand-new and quiet room with free WiFi, basically a window and refrigerator. Location close to the subway station. Very attentive and accommodating staff, always smiling.

Conveniently located near subway station, Independence Square, and a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Clean, well-equipped rooms with comfortable bed and free wifi. Friendly staff with basic English communication.

Location close to the angel of independence. An easy walk to an underground station. 5 minutes on foot from Don Asado where you could eat.

Also, getting to check in early was a plus 👍.

Excellent location, just a 15-minute walk from El Under, which we really enjoyed 👍. The staff at this place was super helpful and quick. Plus, there’s a gym available for use.

The staff at the property went above and beyond to assist me with storing my luggage after check-out. Their caring and helpful attitude made a big impact on my stay. the balcony and central location of the suite were the highlights of my experience. I loved the spacious penthouse suite with its full walkout balcony, complete with a table and chairs. Although the bed was on the firm side, which suited my husband's preference, it was still comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the balcony, taking advantage of the nice weather whenever possible. Cons: All good 👍.

Cost performance is ideal! My room was super clean and jaw-dropping, with fridge, coffee maker, king-size bed, and free wifi. The location was mind-blowing, only 5 mins walk to subway, 3 mins to Independence Square, surrounded by super cool restaurants and grocery stores. The front desk staff, although spoke little English, was super nice and understood everything. My prejudice on Mexico incredibly improved and I am totally in love with the city now!

I had a great experience staying at Suites Lerma 205. The view from my room was stunning and I loved spending time on the outside deck. The room had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning. Despite some minor issues, the room had the potential to be exactly what I expected. The location and balcony were my favorite things about the suite. The spaciousness of the room and the firm bed were also highlights for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its affordable price and peaceful atmosphere.
